Q. How did you guys meet?
A. On the lush and green grounds at Pentland UC Riverside.

Q. What’s your favorite thing about being married?
A. Waking up next to each other everyday.

Q. What’s the funniest thing about being married?
A. Those embarrassing habits which become known to your partner.

Q. What are some of your favorite memories from your wedding day?
A. Our beautiful venue, the wonderful food and DESSERTS, and the great company of our friends and family…and some of the craziest moments ever seen on a dance floor! =)

Q. What is one thing you’d tell a couple to make sure they capture on video?
A. EVERYTHING if you can, you can relive the day over and over again for years to come. Think about all those future wedding anniversaries and how if you have your video, all your friends and family can relive the moment with you.

STACY AND SHANNON’S FEATURE FILM

Q + A WITH STACY AND SHANNON

Q. HOW DID YOU GUYS MEET?
A. We met in high school. Stacy was a freshman and Shannon was a senior. It was just a crush to Stacy’s friend told Shannon. He asked for her phone number, and we’ve been talking ever since.

Q. HOW LONG DID YOU DATE BEFORE YOU GOT ENGAGED AND HOW LONG WERE YOU ENGAGED FOR?
A. We dated for 18 years! LOL! We were engaged for almost 2 years! It took us that long to find the “perfect” venue.

Q. WHAT WAS THE STORY OF THE PROPOSAL?
A. We were out of town getting ready for another wedding when Stacy told Shannon how happy she was that she was finally able to wear her new earrings. Shannon said, “There’s another piece of jewelry I want to you to wear. He pulled out the ring and popped the question. Stacy was stunned!

Q. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT BEING MARRIED?
A. Just knowing that we’ve made such a huge commitment to one another.

Q. WHAT’S THE FUNNIEST THING ABOUT BEING MARRIED?
A. Hearing other people refer to the other as “your husband” or “your wife”.

Q. WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE MEMORIES FROM YOUR WEDDING DAY?
A. Seeing both families gathered together to witness our nuptials and of course admiring how beautifully everything turned out

Q. WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO HIRE A VIDEOGRAPHER?
A. We knew photography and cinematography were memories that would last long after the flowers and cake were all gone, so we made sure we budgeted for both.

Q. WHAT IS ONE THING YOU’D TELL A COUPLE TO MAKE SURE THEY CAPTURE ON VIDEO?
A. The moments they deem “special” or important for their ceremony or reception.

Q. WHAT IS THE BEST PART OF BEING A NEWLYWED?
A. Starting the next phase of our lives together.

Q. WHAT PIECE OF ADVICE WOULD YOU TELL A COUPLE PLANNING THEIR WEDDING?
A. Try to remember it’s all about the marriage, not the wedding.
